よくある質問
- 入れない：入口でメールアドレスを入れると、6桁の確認コードがメールで届きます。届かない時は迷惑メールのフォルダも見てください。
- 困った相手がいる：相手の発言を押して「⚑ この発言を通報する」または「🚫 この人をブロック」を選べます。
- プランの購入・解約：購入は iPhone のアプリの 設定 →「👤 アカウント」→「💳 プラン」から（App Store）。購入は iPhone の App Store だけで、Android のアプリの中では買えません。iPhone で買ったプランは、Android のアプリとブラウザでも、同じアカウントならそのまま使えます。買ったプランは、ブラウザでも、同じアカウントならそのまま使えます。Android のアプリの中では、プランを購入できません。購入済みのプランは、同じアカウントならこのアプリでもそのまま使えます。解約は App Store でいつでもできます。iPhone の 設定 → 自分の名前 →「サブスクリプション」（App Store の購読の管理）から。機種を変えた時は「購入を復元」を押してください。
- アカウントを消したい：アプリでもブラウザでも、設定の下の方の「👤 アカウント」（閉じていれば押して開く）→「🗑 アカウントを削除」から消せます。アプリを消した後でも、ブラウザから消せます（アカウントとデータの削除）。購読中の方は、先に App Store で解約してください。
- 「いまどこにいるか」：最初はオフです。見せる人を選んだ時だけ、近くの町名を送ります。見せる人を0人にするとオフに戻ります。

For help, bug reports or feedback, email support@hiroshimaos.com. Users under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian. You can report or block another user by tapping their message. Plans can be purchased only in the iPhone app (App Store), not in the Android app; a plan bought on iPhone also works in the Android app and in a web browser with the same account. Plans are purchased in this app (App Store); a plan you bought also works in a web browser with the same account. Plans cannot be purchased in the Android app; a plan you already have works in this app with the same account. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time in the App Store (Settings > your name > Subscriptions). You can delete your account in Settings ("👤 アカウント" near the bottom — tap it to open if it is closed), in the app or in a web browser — even without the app: see Delete your TalkDo account and data.
