TalkDo のアカウントとデータの削除

TalkDo（iPhone と Android のアプリと、ブラウザで開く画面）のアカウントは、いつでも自分で消せます。 アプリを消した後でも、入れ直さずにブラウザから消せます。自分で消せない時は、メールで運営者に頼めます。

1. アプリから消す

1. トーク一覧の左上の丸い顔（「設定」）を押して、設定を開きます。
2. 下の方の「👤 アカウント」（閉じていれば押して開く）の中の、いちばん下の「🗑 アカウントを削除」で「アカウントを削除…」を押します。
3. 消える物と残る物が出ます。「確認コードを送る」を押し、登録したメールアドレスに届いた6桁を入れて「削除する」を押します（メールアドレスが無いアカウントは、先に設定の「アカウントの連絡先」でメールアドレスを足します）。

その場で消えます（取り消しの猶予はありません）。切り替えで作った別のアカウントがつながっている時は、元のアカウントを消すと全部消えます （つながった側のアカウントで消すと、そのアカウントだけが消えます）。

2. アプリが無い時は、ブラウザから消す

1. ブラウザで https://chat.hiroshimaos.com を開きます。
2. 登録したメールアドレスを入れ、同意の印を付けて「コードを送る」を押し、メールに届いた6桁で入ります。
3. 上の「1. アプリから消す」と同じ手順で消します（設定→下の方の「👤 アカウント」（閉じていれば押して開く）→「🗑 アカウントを削除」）。

3. 自分で消せない時は、メールで頼む

登録したメールアドレスから、件名を「TalkDo のアカウント削除」として送ってください。

• 本人の確かめ：なりすましを防ぐため、届いた頼みの差出人だけでは消しません。運営者から、登録したメールアドレスへ確かめのメールを送ります。それに答えてもらえたら、本人と確かめたものとします。
• 消すまで：本人と確かめてから14日以内に消し、消したことをメールでお知らせします。
• 登録したアドレスで答えられない時は、ほかの確かめ方をご相談します。

消える物

• アカウント（メールアドレス・電話番号・表示名・顔の画像・ログインや端末との接続の鍵・通知の宛先と端末の種類）。
• トークとグループの発言、付けた写真・音声・動画・書類（あなただけが持っている物）。
• 予定・用件・案件、人の台帳、プロフィールの項目と、誰に見せるかの設定。
• 位置（最後の1つ）。アプリの中に AI があった頃に使っていた人は、その時の AI への同意の記録と、AI を使った回数と量。
• あなたが見せていた物の、相手の側の写し（相手の画面から消えます）。グループの名簿からも外れます。
• メールをつないでいた時は、アプリパスワード・静かなメール箱・送った宛先の控え。

残る物と、残す期間

• あなたが相手に送った物：相手の側に残ります（相手の物だからです）。相手に送った写真・ファイルも、相手の側に残ります（受け取った人がいる間は、その中身はサーバーに残ります）。送り主の名前は「退会した人」になります。
• 通報と異議の記録（通報した人と相手の名前・アカウントの番号・理由・通報した発言の中身）：対応と、同じ事を防ぐために、消した後も6か月は運営者の側に残ります。6か月たつと、名前と中身を消します。
• 制限とブロックの印：通報で制限されていた・ブロックされていた時は、同じアドレスで入り直しても続くように、アドレスから作った元に戻せない印を6か月残します（アドレスそのもの・名前・中身は残しません）。
• 購入の最小の記録（取引の番号・プラン・日付・金額。名前や連絡先は外します）：税の帳簿のために、購入の年の翌年から8年（2026年の購入なら2034年の末まで）残します。
• 毎晩の控え：運営者の Mac に控えるのは運営者自身の台帳だけで、あなたのアカウントの台帳は入りません （あなたが運営者に送った物・通報と異議の記録は、運営者の台帳の側に入ります）。 あなたの台帳の控えは、このサービスの置き場（日本のサーバー）の中にだけ持つことがあり、消した後、控えから消えるまで最大で14日かかります。
• アクセスの記録（接続元の IP アドレス・時刻・開いた頁）：30日で消えます。

Delete your TalkDo account and data

You can delete your TalkDo account at any time, even after removing the app — no reinstall needed. If you have a subscription, cancel it first in the App Store (plans can be purchased only in the iPhone app); deleting the account does not stop App Store billing.

1. In the app: tap your round profile icon (top left of the chat list) to open Settings → near the bottom, "👤 アカウント" (tap it to open if it is closed) → "🗑 アカウントを削除" at its bottom → send the 6-digit code and enter it. The account is deleted immediately.
2. Without the app: open https://chat.hiroshimaos.com in a web browser, sign in with the 6-digit code sent to your registered email, and follow the same steps.
3. If you cannot sign in: email support@hiroshimaos.com from your registered address. We confirm it is you by sending a confirmation to that address, then delete the account within 14 days and let you know.

If other accounts were made from this account (account switching), deleting the original account deletes all of them; deleting one of those other accounts deletes only that account.

Deleted: your account (email address, phone number, display name, profile picture, sign-in and device keys, notification addresses and device types); messages, photos, audio, video and documents in your chats and groups that only you hold; events, tasks, projects, contact notes, profile items and sharing settings; your last location; if you used the in-app AI while it existed, your AI consent and usage records; copies of what you shared with others (they disappear from their screens), and your membership in groups; if you connected your email, the app password, the quiet mailbox and the list of addresses you sent to.

Kept: messages you sent stay with their recipients, and so do photos and files you sent them (while a recipient holds them, their contents stay on the server); the sender is shown as "退会した人" (a former user). Report and appeal records (names and account numbers of the reporter and the reported user, the reason, and the reported message) are kept by the operator for 6 months, then names and contents are deleted; a one-way marker of restrictions and blocks for 6 months (not the address itself, names or contents); a minimal purchase record (transaction ID, plan, date, amount — no name or contact details) for 8 years from the year after the purchase, for tax purposes; backups of your data, kept only on the service's server in Japan (the operator's own computer backs up only the operator's own data), for up to 14 days; access logs for 30 days.
